O Heavenly Father,
Today is a day of struggle. It's a day of overwhelming emotion, and severe depression.
Help me acknowledge that my depression doesn't define me O Lord.
Help me seek help medical or otherwise, when needed.
May you grant me the grace to not feel ashamed or embarassed about seeking support in the ways I need it.
As a high-functioning depressive, may I continue to contribute my share to the world.
May I also simultaeously seek what my body, mind, heart, or soul needs.
May my life be filled with acceptance for whoever I am.
This I ask in your name.
